Eunice co-founded the Integrated Cancer Research Foundation of Kenya and is currently responsible for the management of clinical research. She also assists in overall research leadership in the organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and a Postgraduate diploma in health Research methods from Pwani University and a joint MSc degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from the Pan African University and Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya. Eunice has previously worked with KEMRI-Wellcome Trust Research Program and Pwani University Biosciences Research Centre in Kenya and is currently a PhD fellow at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and MRC Unit The Gambia where she is investigating underlying immunological mechanisms for the excellent protection usually observed from HPV vaccines. Her research interest is in identifying molecular and immunological pathways that could be targeted in novel drug and vaccine development.
